Congratulations to Anésio Manhiça, an anthropologist based at Kaleidoscopio whose Honours dissertation concluded in 2016 and titled A metamorfose da cidade: vivências e práticas quotidianas dos espaços na “Sommershield II” is the winner of the 2017 Christian Geffray Award. Established in 2016 by the Franco-Mozambican Association of Humanities and Social Sciences (AFRAMO-CHS), the Christian Geffray Award annually recognizes the best Honours dissertation in Social Sciences and Humanities in Mozambique.
